The
galley is divided in two with the stove to starboard and the sink to port.
The original stove, seen below was a diesel model with a cast iron top. This
was replaced with a 3 burner propane stove with oven and integral grill.
The
original sink was enameled cast iron with a single cold water hand pump. This
was replaced with a two compartment stainless steel sink with the pressure water
pump and accumulator tank located directly under it. Upper cabinets are installed
both port and starboard to provide plenty of accessible storage where it is
needed most.
A
deep refrigerator/freezer combination unit is located under the countertop
to the left of the stove.
